Working with University Events means receiving the leadership, guidance, and expertise of one of our five offices: the Office of University Events, IU Indianapolis Event & Conference Services, IU Conferences, Event Services, and IU Auditorium. Together they oversee the events that define the momentous occasions at IU. You envision it, and we make it happen.
Our offices create a layered system that addresses every need of the campus community: The Office of University Events sets the tone and policy from the top; IU Indianapolis ECS handles full-service event planning for the campus and the city; IU Conferences maintains exemplary research and academic program management; IU Auditorium provides the premier venue and programming; and IU Event Services lends the human infrastructure that brings events to life on the ground.
From academic and professional celebrations to renowned conferences and groundbreaking programs, our offices manage the events that touch upon every corner of the university and beyond, shaping the experiences of students, faculty, staff and visitors near and far.
