IU Conferences
IU Conferences serves as Indiana University's dedicated hub for academic and research-focused conference management. With over 60 years of experience, the office helps organize successful conferences anywhere in the world. Operating primarily out of IU Bloomington, it functions as the bridge between IU's scholarly community and the practical demands of large-scale event execution.
The office provides end-to-end strategic coordination, handling everything from initial site selection to final logistics, so that faculty and partners can focus on the content and programming itself. Services include comprehensive management support, virtual conference management, and all logistics and support for international events. IU Conferences works with IU faculty and staff, as well as national and international associations with close ties to the university community to organize a rigorous and outstanding conference experience from start to finish.
