CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel, an email request must be sent to Amber McGuire at ambermcg@iu.edu with “ACC Cancellation” in the subject line by 11:59pm EST on January 6, 2027. A $50 cancellation fee will apply. Due to the financial obligations of hosting the conference, cancellation requests received after January 6, 2027 will not receive a refund. Alternately, your registration can be transferred to another attendee from the same institution at no additional cost. Registered participants who do not cancel their registration by the refund deadline are responsible for conference fees even if they do not participate.

Indiana University Indianapolis – Event and Conference Services may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled, registration fees will be refunded. Fees will not be refunded if the program is held but the registrant is unable to participate and has not requested a refund by the cancellation deadline.
